Victoria Drive is a residential street close to the seafront in the southern part of Bognor Regis, running broadly parallel to the Esplanade. The houses date largely from the late Victorian and Edwardian periods, with some later infill, and many have the generous proportions and bay windows characteristic of seaside residential streets from that era. The proximity to the beach and the seafront promenade makes Victoria Drive one of the more desirable residential addresses in the town. Properties here benefit from being within a short walk of the sea without being directly on the exposed Esplanade. The street is quiet, carrying only local traffic, and has a settled, comfortable character. During the summer months, the beach is a few minutes' walk away, and the street sees increased footfall from visitors making their way to and from the seafront.
