Felpham Beach
Beach & Seafront, Bognor Regis
Felpham Beach is a sandy and shingle beach to the east of Bognor Regis, fronting Felpham village. The beach is family-friendly, with sandier stretches at low tide, and is home to Felpham Sailing Club. The beach has a quieter, more village-like atmosphere than the main Bognor seafront, and is backed by a green area with seating and a cafe. Felpham beach is popular with families, swimmers, and sailors. The village of Felpham, with its shops, pubs, and historic church, is a short walk from the beach. William Blake lived in Felpham from 1800 to 1803, and the beach features in his poetry.
